10 pm: Ya, a few inches. But, let's be honest, it is going to be much worse tomorrow when everything turns to ice. But you can't shut down a city because of ice.
I will say that I was glad for waterproof boots today. New York doesn't believe in drains so any slush or water stays in little pits on the road. These are usually next to side walks where people walk...
